500 Startups Unity and Inclusion Summit Welcomes Tech Entrepreneur M. Cole Jones as Guest Speaker  


ATLANTA, June 9, 2017—Atlanta-based tech entrepreneur M. Cole Jones will serve as a guest speaker for the 2017 Unity and Inclusion Summit of early-stage VC fund and seed accelerator 500 Startups. The summit addresses the state of diversity and inclusion in tech and will be held Saturday, June 10th from 9:30am to 6pm at TechSquare Labs.


Jones will serve as moderator for the panel “Building the Atlanta Startup Ecosystem,” a discussion on ways to further develop and promote entrepreneurship in Atlanta. Panelists include Dana Ugwonali (Black Angel Tech Fund), Jacqui Chew (ATDC), and Joey Womack (Amplify4Good).


As Managing Partner of RIISE Ventures, M. Cole Jones is leading the charge to develop an innovation district within the Westside of Atlanta focused on industries related to sports and entertainment with the goal of inspiring entrepreneurship, increasing employment, and promoting the economy of the region.
